What’s the difference between the three plans?+
All plans include full company incorporation, government fees, the green box with chops & seal, and TCSP secretary with registered address for one year. Business adds a dedicated account manager and accounting & tax guidance. Ultimate adds Airwallex and ChouZhou bank setup, China factory payment channels, and access to our ecom/dropshipping community.
Are government fees really included?+
Yes. HK$1,545 Companies Registry e-filing + HK$2,350 BRC = HK$3,895 (~$499 USD) in government fees, included in every plan.
Do I need minimum share capital?+
No. HK has no minimum paid-up capital. Most companies start with HK$10,000 (10,000 shares of HK$1 each) — purely conventional.
What about the statutory audit?+
Every HK company must have accounts audited annually. First audit is due ~18 months after incorporation. The Business and Ultimate plans include accounting & tax guidance to help you prepare.
